Cancellation conditions

Please note that there is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the Consumer Protection Code (notification according to Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code (GvD 206/2005), nevertheless we grant the following cancellation conditions:

• In order to confirm the booking the payment of a deposit is necessary.
• In case of cancellation more than 2 months (60 days) before the planned arrival date, the deposit can be refunded.
• In case of cancellation within 2 months (60 days) of the planned arrival date, the deposit can be used for a later stay within 1 year, in low season and according to availability. The deposit, amounting to 30% of the booking, will only be refunded if the new booking corresponds in value to the cancelled one; in the event of a reduced duration, only 30% of the new booking will be refunded, resulting in a partial loss.
• In case of late arrival or early departure, the entire pre-booked period will be charged.
• A no-show will result in the loss of the deposit.

In addition, we recommend our guests a cancellation insurance.
