Camping AL PLAN-Dolomites*** is located just a few minutes from the slopes of the Plan de Corones/Dolomiti Superski ski area. Downhill skiers can reach the lifts in about 5 minutes, while those who prefer cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, or ski touring will find marked trails both around the village and within the Fanes-Senes-Braies Nature Park (a UNESCO World Heritage Site).
During the winter season, from November to April, it is mandatory in South Tyrol to have winter tires or snow chains on board, in accordance with the Highway Code (Law No. 285 of April 30, 1992), to ensure safety on snow- or ice-covered roads.
